Yaprak Sapanlı Görür is an ICF PCC executive coach, leadership consultant, and former Global VP of HR at 3M, with a career spanning Turkey, Europe, and global leadership roles. In 2020, she left corporate life to found YSG and Associates Coaching and Consultancy, where she supports senior leaders and high achievers through major transitions, mitigates burnout, and helps clients design fulfilling lives. She writes and teaches about Autopilot Drift™ and how to live a life led by choice.
